Our Group Won Two Prizes in Corporate Culture Festival
On the afternoon of May 17, "2015 Ningbo Corporate Culture Festival and
Summit Forum" was held by Ningbo Corporate Culture Institute at Howard
Johnson Hotel. The forum focused on the outstanding and pacesetting
companies in the field of corporate culture. Thus, it attracted more
than 300 representatives from Ningbo government, corporate cultural
academia, the associations, universities, Sellers Union Group, Oulin
Group, Ningbo Public Transportation Corporation, Ningbo Airport, Lulong
holdings, Zhejiang Shipbuilding, Ningbo Yinyi Group. Zhang Minghua, vice
mayor of Ningbo City, attended the forum and delivered a speech. Awards
ceremony was held during the forum. Our group was awarded the "2014
Advanced Group in Corporate Cultural Building" and [2014 Top Ten
Enterprises Internal Magazine ".
Zhang Minghua, vice mayor pointed out in his speech that at
present, most of the enterprises are under transforming and upgrading.
To hold the forum in this circumstance, it is not only conforms to the
development trend, but also is a scientific and rational reorganization
of current corporate culture. It has important influence to the
enterprise development goal and countermeasures implementation. Lu
Ningzhang, president of Ningbo Corporate Culture Institute emphasized
that in the development of enterprise, corporate culture is gradually
becoming an important element to enhance enterprise cohesion and
creativity and improve comprehensive competitiveness. Corporate culture
is a vital support to eternal development of enterprises.
After initiating 2015 Ningbo Corporate Culture Festival by Zhang
Minghua and Lu Zhangning, award ceremony was started. 5 enterprises
including Oulin Group, Ningbo Public Transportation Corporation, Yadea
Technology Group, Ningbo Airport and etc. were selected as [Corporate
Culture Demonstration Base". 10 enterprises including Sellers Union,
Ningbo Communication Engineering Construction Group, Lulong Holdings,
Zhejiang Shipbuilding, Zhejiang Reclaim construction Group and etc were
selected as [2014 Advanced Group in Corporate Cultural Building". 10
internal magazines by Sellers Union Group, Huamao Group, Beyond Group
and etc were awarded [2014 Top Ten Enterprises Internal Magazine ".
It is acknowledged that these 3 prizes were awarded biennially. It is
largest and in highest level. [Corporate Culture Demonstration Base" and
[2014 Advanced Group in Corporate Cultural Building" were selected
after two months of initial and final.In the election, experts from
universities, functions of the government and the practical operators of
enterprises who have made contributions to the in the theory research
and practical operation were invited as judges. They accessed from the
achievements in the construction of the corporate culture, corporate
culture system, employee satisfaction assessment and other aspects. The
whole election depended on fact and evidences.[2014 Top Ten Enterprises
Internal Magazine " was selected after 3 months of preliminary
evaluation, review and presentation. Experts and judges to elected
according to standard of enterprise scale, publication time, content,
layout design, honor and achievement. They reviewed as professional
practitioners of magazines. Also they evaluated from many aspects
including quality of the articles, columns, layout, dissemination of
ideas, editorial ideas, pictures, its function and social influence.
Subsequently, Professor Meng Fanchi, executive vice chairman and
Secretary of Chinese Corporate Culture Institute shared experiences with
guests. "How to make the corporate culture enter into the enterprise
management" was his speech theme. Using straightforward words and
in-depth analysis, professor won applause from guests.
Representatives from Ningbo Public Transportation Corporation,
Yinyi Group, Haitian Group, Sinar Mas Group delivered speeches about its
own characteristics of Corporate culture building which received
praises from the participants.
It is understood that the theme of the Corporate Culture Festival
is [to create innovative corporate culture and to enhance the
competitiveness of enterprises". The festival was under guide of
Chinese Corporate Culture Institute. It was jointly organized by
Federation of social science circles and Ningbo Corporate Culture
Institute. The gold is to share wisdom wealth and build exchange
platform for corporate culture.
